Our Process
How we approached this project from start to finish.
The Challenge
New construction listings in Falls Church compete in a market full of renovations and luxury homes. The photography needed to communicate the quality of finishes — designer fixtures, custom cabinetry, premium tile — while also conveying the open, airy feel of the floor plan with its double-height ceilings and walls of black-framed windows.
Our Approach
We used HDR bracketing to tame the high contrast between the bright window light and interior details, ensuring the black marble island, gold bathroom fixtures, and concrete fireplace surround all read true to life. Wide-angle compositions emphasized the generous proportions of the open floor plan, while detail shots highlighted the curated finishes. A Matterport 3D tour lets remote buyers walk through the entire home at their own pace.
The Result
The listing agent at TTR Sotheby's International Realty received 32 HDR photographs and a fully navigable Matterport 3D tour — a complete media package ready for MLS, property website, print collateral, and social media marketing.
